The refining agent is made of high-quality bauxite, limestone and other materials that are calcined and smelted at high temperature. It has a low melting point and fast slag formation. It is mainly used for LF furnace, electric furnace, converter ladle refining, and is suitable for plain carbon steel, high carbon steel, and alloys. Steel grades such as steel have the functions of deoxidation and desulfurization, slagging submerged arc, and removal of inclusions. The main component of the product is 12CaO·7Al2O3, the content is greater than 85%. A large amount of active calcium component can quickly react with oxygen and sulfur in molten steel; in ladle refining, it quickly forms reducing slag with good adsorption capacity, absorbs non-metallic inclusions in steel, and has a significant effect on purifying molten steel.
